 St. Anton

St. Anton is not only an „El Dorado“ for skiers, even cross country skiers detected the village as a favourite place for their holidays.
St. Anton has around 40 kilometers cross-country skiing tracks, they are all different and in a wonderful landscape. The area was even distinguished by the land tyrol because of the good snow conditions, the marking, the number, length and variety of tracks.


St. Anton has four tracks, described below:
St. Christoph (2.5 km): Level: intermediate; high altitude track with skating track. Right next to the skiers slopes, so it is a nice meeting point with the skiing friends.
Ganderau (3 km): Easy loop trail where dogs are allowed. Skating track and connection to the Stanzertal track.
Stanzertal (22 km): Trail without mans difficulties. You can start in St. Anton, St. Jakob, Pettneu, Schnann or Flirsch. Leads the hole time along the river Rosanna on both sides and can be shortened at every bridge. Skating track.
Verwall (10 km): The most beautiful track concerning the landscape and even one of the best in Austria. Beginning near the Hotel Mooserkreuz it leads along slight ascents, easy descents through the romantic Verwall valley to a sea. There is also a little restaurant in the valley next to the track.

 Lech /Zürs

Lech also offers some trails, starting at the Aparthotel Filomena:
Lech - Zug approx. 2,8 km
Omesberg - Zug approx. 2,4 km
Zug - Älpele approx. 3,5 km
Älpele - Tannläger - Älpele approx. 8,0 km
Practizing trail: Lech - Stubenbach approx. 1,5 km
The track in Zurs starts behind the station of the Trittkopfbahn and leads from Zurs to Flexenpaß and back.Length: 4 km.
